Pengenalan Kursus

Diploma in Hotel Management is designed to cover the current wide discipline of hotel industry. This programme offers hands-on practical skills and prepares graduates to excel in terms of services, accommodation, hotels and restaurant business.

This special programme is designed to resemble an apprenticeship training programme where students will be attached to a designated hotel for a period of ten (10) months throughout the duration of the programme. This includes front office practice, hotel and lodging management, housekeeping, commercial foodservice and kitchen operation and restaurant operation. Other fundamental competencies such as tourism and hospitality fundamentals, professional development, communication skills, health and safety, and entrepreneurial development are also included in this programme.
