-Dressmaking inclusive of ladies and menswear is one of the major components under the
umbrella of fashion industry. In general, the fashion industry is typically separated into
four (4) key important sectors namely:
a) Textile design and production;
b) Fashion design and production;
c) Fashion marketing (custom made and ready to wear) and merchandising;
d) Fashion shows, media and marketing.
