Pengenalan Kursus

This course is a combination of theoretical and practical sessions designed to certify seafarers who have meet the requirements as laid out in Kaedah - Kaedah Perkapalan Saudagar (Latihan Dan Perakuan) 1999 [PU (A) 152/1999], Rules 9, JL/P/01/2009, Malaysia Marine Department (MMD) Standards of Competence, and the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification, and Watchkeeping for Seafarers (STCW).
-Navigation at operational level
-Cargo handling and stowage at the operational level
-Controlling the operation of the ship and care for persons on board at operational level

3.1 The candidate should also be in possession of a valid Medical certificate issued by an accredited Medical Practitioner by the MMD and the appropriate Malaysian Seaman Identification Card
