The demand for qualified and experienced Pastry Production personnel is important as of now and in the near future.
The justification is based on the nature of work that requires competent in performing a broad range of varied work activities, performed in a variety of contexts, most of which are complex and non-routine. There is considerable responsibility and autonomy and control or guidance of others is often required.
