Pengenalan Kursus
Objektive :
The person shall be able to produce cookies product in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), standard recipe, production requirement, standing order, Hazard analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Halal requirements.
Outcome:
The person will be able to identify technique and mixing method in cookies making, identify the usages and function of the ingredients, equipment and utensils in cookies making and determine cookies preparation workflow.
