Trainees are equipped with essential practical skills such as food preparation, cooking techniques, portioning, and menu production while working individually or in teams within a safe and professional environment. The programme also emphasises occupational safety, discipline, and adaptability to current industry trends.Trainer will be well-prepared to meet the growing demands of the food and beverage industry, with strong employment opportunities both locally and internationally.
